When I first meet a client, regardless of their aspirations a common concern is that they are unsure of the best steps to take to reach their goals.
I see my role as an educator, guide, motivator and a provider of the support necessary for clients to meet and hopefully exceed their fitness goals.

I thoroughly enjoy my work and the many wonderful people I get to share time with, not least because I get to share in the success of others.

Biography


In 2009 Clifford completed his Personal Training Reps Level 3. Since then Clifford has been working in the fitness industry, predominantly in Leicester and surrounding areas. Over the last few years Clifford has expanded his skills in a continual effort to maximise options and results for his clients. 

Clifford now works as a fitness presenter/educator and personal trainer. Clifford is well recognised in the industry as a fun and passionate expert who leads by example.

As your Personal Trainer I am not going to shout at you (unless you ask), because that's not my style. I am pretty easy-going, chilled-out, laid-back, call it what you will but this translates to me being able to get the most out of you without the need to intimidate you. I like to talk and I can be nice and chatty or direct and to the point.

I am going to teach you how to squat, lunge, bend, twist, push, pull and even run in a variety of ways that will benefit your health, fitness and quality of life. I believe anything is possible if you put your mind to it.

Biography
 

Mark started in the Fitness industry in 2007 upon completing his gym instructor qualification with FutureFit. Over the next year he gained experience working at Loughborough University while working towards his REPS level 3. In 2009 Mark started working for one of the leading Personal Training providers in the UK, teaching enthusiastic people how to be effective Personal Trainers.

I am very passionate and enthusiastic about my job, my first priority for me is to make sure that all my clients exceed there fitness goals. I will educate an individual to there fitness capability, with my support, guidance and encouragement your goal will be reached quickly!

I thoroughly enjoy my job and I love working and meeting all different people from different fitness levels.
Not only is it my job, but its my hobby and my life. I enjoy helping change an individulas life for the better!

Biography
 

I have enjoyed attending a gym to do intense bodybuilding and have been for about 6 years now.
Four years ago I was discharged from the Royal Engineers through injury.

After my discharge I completed my YMCA level 3 Personal Trainer qualification. I now personal training on a 1 to 1 basis, but also have a Boot Camps taking place at the moment which not only are very rewarding with weight loss but also lots of fun!
